The Ultimate Green Machine

1 head Romaine Lettuce
2 apples
1 banana
3 stalks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 bunch cilantro (just do it! TRUST ME! :)
juice of 1 lemon
3-4 cups water (however thick/ thin you like it!)
add flax seed or chia seed for extra protein, calcium, boron and energy!


Blend the lettuce wnd water then add the rest and blend well!  Add a few ice cubes to keep it from getting warm or freeze the banana overnight!  Makes 2 servings. (or 1 meal and 1 snack)

*TIP* Make your smoothie the night before.  That way it is ready and waiting for you the next day. No excuses! :)
