The HiiT Room is a place where people come together to support one another in their individual fitness goals. We are all at different fitness levels! The HiiT Room offers a month-long SUCCESS course designed to increase metabolism, burn more fat, and allow you to release unneeded weight quickly and effectively!
The course consists of 3 movement classes each week and gourmet fitness food hand made by Chef Kirsten and pre-packaged for you so there is no need to worry about what to eat! Movement includes: high intensity interval training, yoga, and pilates mat principles.
Whether you are looking to rock your body with high intensity interval training, rock your body, mind and spirit with invigorating Kundalini yoga, or eat better by taking advantage of gourmet, prepared foods from Chef Kirsten, The HiiT Room is here to help you succeed!
HiiT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HiiT classes are:
*short in duration (under 30 minutes TOTAL class time!)
*4-12 minutes of intense interval training! (alternating 10-30 seconds of high intensity/5-10 seconds low intensity recovery period)
*the best routines for fat loss (release 9 times more fat than other cardio workouts, in less time!)
*designed to increase lean muscle mass to burn more fat while at rest.
*guaranteed to increase cardiovascular endurance and strength, fast!
*guaranteed to increase overall strength, fast!
*metabolism boosters! Your body keeps rockin' for up to 36 hours AFTER your workout!

Although the classes may be short in duration...the intervals may well be the LONGEST

Interval training results are awesome in under 30 minutes a day! (Average weight release is 2-4 pounds/week by participating in class 3-5x per week)!*
Wednesday's movement classes are being held out of doors so wear layers in cooler weather! Do not be intimidated: You'll warm up fast.
M,W,F 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
*Remember: Proper nutrition is key to releasing unwanted pounds, maintaining optimal weight, and putting on lean muscle weight!

Class cost is $800
This includes:
*All food for 5 days per week x 4 weeks.
*All movement classes: 3 x per week for 4 weeks
*2 cooking classes to learn how to take food matters into your own hands!
*1 recipe book containing over 30 healthy, fat burning, optimum-nutrition, powerhouse recipes, plus meal planning tips, and a food shopping guide.
